By accessing or using Creator Suite, operated by Cosmico Srl, with registered office at Viale Pasubio 5, 20154 Milano (VAT IT11186440969), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Creator Suite is an AI-powered content platform that helps teams generate, manage, schedule, and publish marketing content across multiple channels including source ingestion, AI content generation, editorial workflows, and publishing integrations.
Account & Access
Access is restricted to authorized users within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access or allow unauthorized use.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using Creator Suite. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. AI-generated content is provided as a tool output — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract AI models or proprietary algorithms.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the AI generation features.
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI is provided "as is". While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication.
Third-Party Integrations
Creator Suite connects to third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Substack) for publishing. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmico Srl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Creator Suite, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
