Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:
- Account data — email address and name from your Google account or email sign-in.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, content created.
- Content data — sources, ideas, generated content, and scheduling data you create.
- Technical cookies — essential cookies for authentication session and language preference. No tracking or profiling cookies.
How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Generate AI-powered content based on your sources and preferences.
- Publish content to connected platforms on your behalf.
- Send transactional emails related to your account.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with third-party services necessary to operate Creator Suite: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), background task processing (Inngest), AI text generation (Anthropic), AI image generation (Google/Gemini), transactional email (Brevo), and publishing platforms you connect (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Substack). All sub-processors operate in compliance with GDPR.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in isolated infrastructure per organization. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized team members only.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data. You can also object to processing or request restriction. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.
